Sales and Showroom Responsibilities
Greet showroom visitors and introduce current car models.
Make daily outbound calls using database leads to generate interest.
Book and manage test drive appointments.
Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, and insurance choices.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and explain warranty terms.

Service and Workshop Responsibilities
Welcome customers at the service desk and note repair concerns.
Schedule regular maintenance appointments and send service reminders.
Make post-service follow-up (PSF) calls to verify customer satisfaction.
Provide updates to clients regarding their active vehicle repair status.

Feedback and Data Management
Record customer feedback, inquiries, and grievances accurately.
Coordinate with sales or workshop teams to resolve complaints.
Input and update client profiles within CRM or DMS software.
Track satisfaction metrics to help improve dealership performance scores.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
