Marketing & Content Specialist LinkedIn, Content & Partner Outreach

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Specialist who can take an idea from concept to published content to measurable engagement and partner conversations.

This is a fully remote, full time role supporting a Sydney-based marketing agency and clients in the finance and asset finance industry.

You’ll own content creation, LinkedIn growth, partner prospecting, social media, email campaigns, design and marketing operations. This is an execution-focused role — you’ll be responsible for designing, writing, publishing and tracking campaigns rather than simply briefing others.

Key Responsibilities

Content
Write blog posts, website copy and case studies
Create social media captions and content calendars
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
Maintain consistent brand voice across marketing assets

LinkedIn & Partner Growth
Manage LinkedIn company pages, including posts, carousels and banners
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists
Prospect brokers,



accountants and finance specialists
Manage outreach sequences and track engagement
Monitor connection-to-conversation rates and optimise campaigns

Design
Create social media carousels, graphics, EDMs, banners and pitch decks
Design marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Express or Figma
Work within established brand guidelines across multiple brands

Paid & Social Media
Schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile
Manage social media calendars end to end
Support Meta and WhatsApp advertising campaigns from setup through reporting

Email Marketing
Plan and execute email campaigns using MailerLite, Mailchimp or similar platforms
Manage segmentation and maintain individual brand voices

Data & Marketing Operations
Clean, format and maintain marketing databases
Deduplicate and organise client lists
Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets
