Responsibilities :
Market and place bench consultants with direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
Generate requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and existing contacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
Handle the complete bench sales cycle, including consultant marketing, requirement identification, submission, follow-up, interview coordination, and placement.
Negotiate rates and contractual terms with vendors and clients.
Maintain an active database of vendor contacts and client requirements.
Work closely with consultants to understand their technical skills, visa status,



location preferences, and availability.
Maintain daily submissions, follow-ups, and placement reports.
Develop current vendor and client relationships to expand business opportunities.
Consistently achieve monthly submission and placement targets.

Requirements :
5+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.
Solid understanding of US staffing processes and employment/visa categories such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
Excellent vendor network and knowledge of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
Hands-on experience with job portals and professional networking platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales and placement targets.
Positive understanding of various IT technologies and consultant profiles.
