Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment and Staffing activities.
Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements; C2H experience is preferred.
Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.
Guide recruiters on effective sourcing and candidate screening strategies.
Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates.
Track recruiter productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Train and support recruiters on US staffing processes and best practices.
Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related challenges.
Build robust relationships with candidates, clients, and consultants.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Team Lead / Team Management.
Solid experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
C2H / Contract-to-Hire experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
