Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals.
Assist in setting up computers, user accounts, email IDs, and required software for current employees.
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, accessories, and equipment.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for repairs, AMC, internet, hardware, and software support.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and ensure IT equipment is functioning properly.
Assist with antivirus, system updates, backups, and basic IT security practices.




Maintain records of IT issues, repairs, asset allocation, and service requests.
Provide IT support to both corporate office and factory/unit operations as required.
Assist in CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control, and other technology-related systems where applicable.
Ensure proper documentation and protected handling of company IT assets.
Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager or external service provider.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
