Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of staff across all 5 outlets.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and staff documentation.
Coordinate joining formalities, transfers, resignations, and exit procedures.
Support payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and salary-related records.
Coordinate staff requirements and manpower planning with Outlet Managers.
Handle basic employee queries and support staff engagement.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are followed across outlets.
Conduct outlet visits to monitor HR-related issues and requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Support training, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.

Preferred: Valuable communication, organization, Excel/MS Office skills, and willingness to travel between outlets.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
