Reporting To: Facility Manager / Manager – Administration
Position Summary: Supervise campus food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cafeteria, dining and catering operations.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, FSSAI compliance and protected food handling.
Monitor vendors, stock, consumption and food wastage.
Coordinate catering for university events and meetings.
Supervise F&B; staff, attendance, grooming and discipline.
Handle student/faculty feedback and resolve service issues.
Maintain operational records and inspection reports.
Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality; 3–6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution, hotel or large facility.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
