Your Mission Roles & Responsibilities
Be the Voice of Our Brand: Handle customer queries primarily through live chat, email, and other written support channels. Provide explicit, skilled, and timely responses related to products, services, orders, payments, and other customer concerns.
Expert Problem Solver: Assist customers with issues related to gaming consoles, games, controllers, accessories, and other gaming products. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide appropriate solutions through chat and email.
Order & Delivery Support: Coordinate closely with the sales and logistics teams to track orders, resolve delivery-related issues,



and ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery.
Customer Champion: Handle complaints and challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism. Understand the customer's concern, take ownership, and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Detailed Record Keeper: Accurately document customer conversations, complaints, resolutions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM or ticketing system.
Escalate When Required: Identify critical or complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
Continuous Improvement Advocate: Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to help improve support processes, FAQs, workflows, and overall customer experience.
