We are scaling an established medical education platform offering high-quality online and offline training programs for doctors across India.

We are looking for an Admissions & Relationship Counsellor who can take ownership of the journey from the first conversation with a doctor to admission, payment and an ongoing relationship with the institute.

This is more than a calling role. You will work closely with the founders, interact with doctors across India and play a direct role in growing the institute.

Your 3 Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Conversion

Your goal: Convert interested doctors into paid students.

What you will do:

* Connect with doctors who enquire through Google, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and other marketing channels.

* Understand what they want to learn and guide them towards the relevant program.

* Explain course details, dates, fees and online/offline formats clearly.

* Share brochures, schedules and payment information.

* Follow up consistently until the doctor enrols or gives a clear decision.





* Follow up closely on pending registrations and payments.

You will be measured on: Paid admissions, conversion and revenue collected.
Database Management & Follow-up

Your goal: Make sure no genuine chance is lost because of poor or delayed follow-up.

What you will do:

* Work systematically with our existing database of doctors as well as all current leads.

* Call and WhatsApp doctors about relevant programs.

* Understand and record their areas of interest.

* Maintain the status of every lead and the next follow-up date.

* Reconnect with doctors at the appropriate time for future programs.

* Keep the admissions pipeline organised and updated.

You will be measured on: Follow-up discipline, database activation and conversions from existing and current leads.
Student Relationships, Testimonials & Referrals

Your goal: Build a relationship that continues even after the doctor completes a course.
