About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable and well-spoken Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our logistics sales team. The candidate should be comfortable with direct client interaction, face-to-face meetings and client visits, and should have the ability to build strong qualified relationships and convert business opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, references, networking and market research.
Visit prospective and existing clients personally to understand their logistics and transportation requirements.
Conduct professional face-to-face client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Explain logistics services, pricing and solutions according to client requirements.




Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up for business conversion.
Regularly follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, client visits, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable meeting clients in person.
Qualified, well-presented and customer-friendly personality.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
