Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome buyers, identify preferences, and showcase suitable gold, diamond, or platinum items.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
Product Knowledge: Explain specifications including weight, purity, stone grades, and making charges.
Counter Management: Arrange and display items neatly in assigned counters, tallying opening and closing stock.
Client Relations: Follow up with customers for special occasions, feedback, and repeat business.
