Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist specializing in HR operations and payroll execution. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day HR administrative workflows, manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, drive talent acquisition, and deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding and induction to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Operations (Core Focus)
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, attendance, leaves, overtime, and reimbursements.
Handle statutory compliance deductions and filings (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF).
Maintain and update the HRMS database, ensuring 100% data integrity for employee records.
Address and resolve employee payroll, tax, and advantages inquiries in a timely manner.
Prepare routine HR metrics, including monthly payroll summary, turnover, and headcount reports.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition




Execute end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and refine candidate criteria.
Manage offer approvals, compensation discussions, and offer letter generation.
Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding
Facilitate pre-joining documentation, background verification (BGV) checks, and asset allocation.
Conduct structured HR induction and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation of current hires.
Oversee the complete exit process: conduct exit interviews, coordinate clearance across departments, and process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
HR Administration & Policy Implementation
Draft and issue official employee letters (Appraisal, Promotion, Transfer, Relieving).
