Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage tendering, estimation, quantity take-off, documentation, and office-based project coordination. The candidate will prepare technical and commercial bids.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare tender documents and submit bids on time.
Study tender notices, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Maintain tender records and documentation.
Assist in contract administration and post-award documentation.
Monitor bid deadlines and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
Use MS Excel and ERP/software for estimation and documentation.
Support procurement and billing activities when required.

Required Skills
Knowledge of tendering procedures and estimation.




Ability to read civil engineering drawings and BOQs.
Solid knowledge of quantity surveying and rate analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Robust analytical and organizational abilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience in tendering, estimation, billing, or quantity surveying is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience with government tenders.
Familiarity with e-tendering portals.
Knowledge of contract conditions and construction specifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
