Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain practical exposure to various aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.

* Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.

* Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.





* Support HR documentation, filing, and record maintenance.

* Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

* Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR requirements.

* Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.

* Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required.

* Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Eligibility

* Graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Development and related field.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Solid organisational and coordination skills.

* Willingness to learn and take initiative.
