About the Role

I-Bacus Technology Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and MBA students/graduates who are interested in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify new business leads.
Contact potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and communicate suitable IT services.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
Schedule client meetings and support the sales process.
Conduct basic market research to identify business prospects.
Maintain lead and customer records.




Work towards assigned sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the technical team when required.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interest in Sales and Business Development.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work towards targets.

Qualification
MBA students / MBA graduates are preferred, especially Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
