We Reach is a digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across multiple industries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with solid agency experience, particularly in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality creative designs for digital, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
Create visually engaging AI-based creatives using relevant AI design and image-generation tools.
Design packaging materials, labels, boxes, menus, and other brand collaterals.
Develop concepts and creatives specifically for Food & Beverage brands.
Work on campaign concepts from initial ideation to final execution.
Adapt designs according to different brand guidelines, platforms, and campaign requirements.
Collaborate with the creative, account management, and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.
Create multiple design options and incorporate client/team feedback efficiently.
Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colours, imagery, and overall brand identity.





Required Skills
Adobe Illustrator – Must Have
Adobe Photoshop – Must Have
Strong knowledge of packaging design and production requirements.
Experience creating AI-based creatives using AI design tools.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Good understanding of social media creative formats and digital marketing requirements.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand creative briefs and communicate design concepts clearly.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements
Previous agency experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have worked with Food & Beverage (F&B;) brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating F&B; campaigns, packaging designs, social media creatives, and branding work.
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photosh
