A Senior Interior Designer leads end-to-end design projects, manages client and vendor relations, and mentors junior team members. The role requires a bachelors degree in interior design or architecture plus five to ten years of hands-on skilled experience
Preferred candidate profile
Project Leadership: Drive design concepts from initial client brief to final installation.
Client & Vendor Management: Lead client presentations and negotiate with material vendors and contractors.
Team Supervision: Guide and review the work of junior designers.
Technical Oversight: Oversee exact 2D/3D technical drawings, space planning, and material selections .
Budget & Timelines: Monitor project financials and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Sales : Drive & Contribute In-house Residential Interior Sale
Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven corporate, residential, or commercial design experience.
Software Skills: Advanced mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of building codes, materials, costs, and construction standards
