Supervise daily PCB plating operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor plating parameters such as chemical concentration, pH, temperature, current, voltage, and plating time.
Manage and control plating baths, chemical dosing, filtration, and solution maintenance.
Ensure required copper/tin/nickel/gold plating thickness, uniformity, and quality.
Identify and troubleshoot plating defects such as pits, burning, poor coverage, blistering, and thickness variation.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Process, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Manage plating operators, manpower allocation, shift activities, and SOP compliance.
Maintain production, chemical consumption, bath-analysis, and rejection records.
Ensure strict compliance with EHS, chemical-handling, PPE, 5S, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
