About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience working with government and corporate clients, and the ability to manage end-to-end creative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Understand design briefs from government and corporate clients.
Conceptualize and create visually appealing creative for:
Print media (brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, etc.)
Digital media (social media posts, ads, mailers, website creative)
Branding and campaign materials
Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, revisions, and feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of creative materials as per deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Work closely with internal teams (client servicing, production, marketing).




Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
InDesign (preferred)
Positive understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Experience in handling government tenders/creative (preferred).
Solid attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
BFA graduate or equivalent in Graphic Design/Fine Arts.
2+ years of experience in an advertising/creative agency.
Creative mind set with practical execution skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
