Roles & Responsibilities
Study market trends in event décor, stage design, floral styling, and spatial layouts.
Create creative and execution-ready 2D & 3D designs for weddings, corporate events, and other event projects.
Develop reusable templates and maintain an updated digital asset library with current props, flowers, structures, textures, colors, and materials.
Prepare and submit weekly work plans with timelines and deliverables.
Ensure proper planning and timely completion of assigned projects.
Develop cutting-edge concepts while ensuring designs are practical and feasible for execution.
Present design concepts to the CRM, Event Coordinators, and Managing Director, and implement revisions based on feedback.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Coordinate with the Creative, Coordination, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain proper documentation and organized design files.
Ensure designs are practical in terms of budget, materials, timelines, and execution.
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality, accountability, and timely delivery.
