Key Responsibilities
Offline & On-Ground Marketing
Plan and execute education fairs, university visits, school/college seminars, workshops, and counselling events.
Coordinate logistics, collaterals, registrations, and on-ground branding for events.
Support city-level and centre-level marketing initiatives.
Brand & Marketing Collaterals
Manage creation, printing, and distribution of:
Brochures, flyers, standees, banners, posters
Student guides, intake calendars, destination brochures
Ensure brand consistency across all offline materials.
Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals across centres.
University & Partner Marketing
Coordinate with international university partners for joint marketing initiatives.
Support co-branded campaigns, university days, and info sessions.
Manage communication and approvals related to partner branding.
Content Coordination (Non-Digital)
Coordinate content for:
Student testimonials & success stories
Case studies, visa success highlights
Counsellor-facing sales decks and pitch materials




Work with internal teams or external vendors for copy, design, and printing.
Counsellor & Sales Enablement
Create and update sales support materials for counsellors (presentations, FAQs, intake updates).
Act as a bridge between marketing and counselling teams.
PR, Outreach & Local Visibility
Support local PR activities, campus tie-ups, coaching centre partnerships, and community outreach.
Coordinate sponsorships, local branding prospects, and print/media visibility where applicable.
Reporting & Coordination
Track event participation, footfall, enquiries, and lead handover to counselling teams.
Prepare basic marketing activity reports for the Marketing Lead.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, event partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
1–4 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing, preferably in overseas
