HR Manager Role & Responsibilities & Preferred Candidate Profile

Role & Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
Develop and maintain employee files, joining documents, agreements, KYC, and other HR records.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements, recruitment, and employee performance.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for recent joiners.
Prepare and issue appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, and other HR communications.
Handle employee grievances, workplace issues, and conflict resolution professionally.
Maintain daily HR reports, attendance reports, recruitment reports, and monthly HR MIS.
Support employee engagement, training,



performance reviews, incentive programs, and retention activities.
Ensure implementation of company HR policies, rules, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate salary and incentive-related information with the accounts/management team.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Ensure timely completion of HR activities and reports as assigned by management.
Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as required by the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR/HR Management is mandatory.
Experience in recruitment, employee management, attendance, HR documentation, and employee relations.
Robust knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
