Process: Blended – 80% Voice + 20% Chat

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and solutions.
Handle customer complaints and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong communication skills over calls.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Confident and customer-focused personality.




Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
