B2B Customer Success Executive

ViralX is hiring a B2B Customer Success Executive to own the complete customer journey after the sale. You'll drive onboarding, training, and adoption — ensuring customers extract real value from ViralX before churn becomes a risk.

This isn't a support function. You'll proactively monitor usage, identify adoption gaps early, and prevent churn through strategic engagement and relationship management.

What Success Looks Like

Post-Sale Ownership
Take full ownership of customer accounts at close and lead structured onboarding
Train customer teams on feature adoption tailored to their specific use case
Run regular check-ins to understand what's working, pain points, and unmet needs

Data-Driven Engagement
Monitor usage patterns and flag low engagement early
Spot adoption barriers and proactively re-engage at-risk accounts




Track churn risk and renewal readiness with accurate, up-to-date account records

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Capture product feedback, feature requests, and adoption challenges
Route insights to Product and Ops teams to drive improvements
Identify expansion prospects (additional seats, accounts, upsells) and hand off qualified leads to Sales

What We're Looking For

Required
2–5 years in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, Account Management, or Implementation
Comfort running product walkthroughs and training sessions
Ability to read usage data, spot trends, and translate them into action plans
SaaS/MarTech/creator-tech/agency-software background strongly preferred

A Plus
Early-stage or startup experience
Demonstrated ability to reduce churn and drive expansion revenue
