Job Description Senior Group Manager F&A; Ops (RTR + PTP & OTC) - 100% WFO - Pune (Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Preferred Experience: RTR + PTP with familiarity across a third F&A; tower i.e.



OTC and experience managing global teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Key role in the F&A; Operations leadership team, responsible for driving business outcomes and ensuring delivery within SLA commitments with a strong focus on client management, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and business growth.
The role requires a strategic F&A; qualified with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and technology-driven BPM setting.
Robust domain knowledge and client acumen are essential.
Working experience in RTR and PTP towers, along with familiarity with a third F&A; tower (OTC or equivalent).
