Job Requirements :
Experience in real estate sales, including apartment, villa, flat, or row house sales.
Solid communication skills in languages such as Bengali, Assamese, Hindi, or English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
Knowledge of residential sales principles and practices.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with property sales processes and procedures.
