Job Description – Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: -
Maintain daily project, purchase, material and commercial data in Excel/software, update MIS reports, registers and trackers.
Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, bills and delivery documents.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
Assist in preparation and submission of tenders and quotations.
Assist in checking tender requirements, quantities and commercial conditions.
Check quantities of civil, structural and highway-related works.
Prepare measurements, quantity statements and reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and work quantities.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
Prepare purchase comparison statements and purchase orders, coordinate with vendors regarding rates, availability, delivery and payment terms.
Follow up on material dispatch and delivery to project sites.
Maintain purchase records,



vendor details and material requirements assist in vendor evaluation and price negotiation.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of construction materials and basic civil engineering concepts.
Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping ability.
Ability to communicate with vendors, site engineers and management.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 1–4 years in construction/infrastructure, tendering, QS, purchase or commercial work.
Freshers with strong Excel skills and relevant construction knowledge may also be considered.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
