Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mirai Diagnostic Centre, Attapur, ensuring smooth functioning, quality patient service, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall diagnostic centre operations, including patient registration, billing, sample collection, diagnostics, reporting, and customer service.
Ensure smooth coordination between Radiology, Pathology, Front Office, Billing, and support teams.
Monitor daily patient volumes, revenue, TAT, productivity, and operational performance.
Lead, supervise, and manage the centre team, including manpower planning, rosters, attendance, and performance.
Ensure timely and accurate diagnostic reports and effective management of critical/urgent cases.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and Zoi Hospital teams for seamless patient services.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, infection control, documentation, and statutory requirements.




Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service escalations effectively.
Monitor equipment, consumables, inventory, and vendor-related requirements.
Drive initiatives to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and centre performance.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and present key performance updates to management.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic centre operations. Robust team-handling, operational, customer-service, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in managing an independent diagnostic centre will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
