Shruti Sodhi Interior Designs is looking for a smart, proactive and well-organised Executive Assistant to the Founder & Principal Designer.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Founder’s schedule, coordinating with clients and internal teams, handling follow-ups, maintaining records and ensuring that significant tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments and daily schedule.
Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
Maintain task trackers and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Handle emails, calls and professional WhatsApp communication.
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting agendas and Minutes of Meetings.
Maintain CRM records, client details and lead follow-ups.
Prepare Excel reports, MIS reports and business trackers.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Accounts and Project teams.
Prepare presentations, reports, documents and business proposals.
Maintain significant documents, contracts, BOQs, quotations and other records.




Conduct online research as required by the Founder.
Assist with travel planning, meetings and business appointments.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, documentation and productivity.
Maintain complete confidentiality of business and client information.
Handle multiple tasks and changing priorities efficiently.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong CRM knowledge.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Gmail and Google Calendar.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools.
Basic Canva knowledge will be an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information.
