Position Overview

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll compliance,



and tax-related matters for the India entity. The role requires robust hands-on experience in Indian taxation, accounting regulations, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare financial reports and MIS statements
Support statutory and internal audits
GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
GST reconciliation and ITC verification
Handling GST notices and departmental queries
TDS Compliance
- Deduction and timely deposit of TDS
Filing of quarterly TDS returns
Issuance of Form 16 / Form 16A
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Payroll processing and verification
Ensuring compliance with EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF (if applicable)
Income tax computation for employee
