Operations & Scheduling: Manage daily surgical lists, coordinate case timings with surgeons and anesthetists, and prepare staff duty or on-call rosters.
Infection Control & Safety: Enforce strict aseptic techniques, biomedical waste disposal guidelines, and compliance with standards like NABH.
Equipment & Inventory: Verify the readiness and calibration of OT equipment, coordinate with CSSD for instrument sterilization, and track consumable stock levels.
Team Leadership: Supervise OT technicians, staff nurses, and support personnel, providing guidance and performance monitoring.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
