Key Responsibilities
Generate recent customer leads through calling, references, networking and other approved sources.
Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, applicable rates and charges clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Collect and verify required customer information/documents as per company process.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer verification.
Maintain daily/weekly sales and lead records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Follow company policies and approved sales/compliance procedures.
Requirements
