About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Client Relations Executive who can manage social media activities while maintaining robust day-to-day relationships with clients. The candidate will coordinate between clients and internal creative, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media
Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Prepare and maintain social media content calendars.
Coordinate with designers, video editors and content writers for posts and campaigns.
Schedule and publish social media content.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement.
Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats and competitor activities.

Client Relations




Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements, briefs and campaign objectives.
Coordinate client feedback with internal teams.
Follow up with clients for approvals, content, creatives and other requirements.
Maintain qualified and positive relationships with clients.
Ensure deliverables are shared with clients within agreed timelines.
Handle routine client queries and escalate important issues to the manager.

Coordination & Reporting
Maintain campaign trackers and client communication records.
Coordinate with the creative, content, performance marketing and business development teams.
Prepare weekly/monthly social media and client status reports.
Ensure client feedback is properly communicated and implemented.
Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant team members.

Required Skills
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Positive written and spoken English
