Job Purpose

To maintain accurate store records through data entry and basic SAP operations, including material receipts, issues, stock updates, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update material and inventory data in SAP and Excel.
Perform basic SAP transactions related to store activities.
Enter material receipts, material issues, stock transfers, and other store transactions.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock records, and other store documents.
Assist in maintaining correct stock balances in SAP.
Coordinate with the Store, Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material-related information.
Support periodic stock verification and inventory counting.




Perform other store-related data entry and administrative work as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in Store, Inventory, or Data Entry work preferred.
Basic knowledge of SAP is required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Required Skills
Accuracy in data entry.
Basic SAP knowledge.
Ability to maintain records and documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
