Job Title: Accounts cum Purchase Executive

Department: Finance & Procurement

Reports To: Finance Manager / Purchase Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts cum Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations along with procurement activities. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and vendor payments while also managing purchase orders, vendor coordination, and inventory-related procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries)
Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes
Manage accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare MIS reports and assist in audits

Purchase:
Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for pricing, quality, and reliability
Raise purchase orders (POs)



based on requisitions and stock requirements
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Track order status, ensure timely delivery, and resolve discrepancies (short supply, damaged goods, etc.)
Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and rate contracts
Coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock levels and reorder points
Match purchase invoices with POs and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) before payment processing

Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration (B.Com preferred)
2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or purchase functions
Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
Positive communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per mo
