Staff/service assignment
Packages
Memberships
Discounts and promotions
Commissions
Appointments and booking rules
Customer profiles and CRM
Products and inventory
POS and billing
Reports and dashboards
User roles and permissions
Multi-location settings
Multi-Location Salon Operations
Understand the difference between corporate/head-office and individual salon-location operations.




Determine which settings should be controlled centrally and which should be managed at the location level.
Analyze how salon chains manage common services, pricing, packages, memberships, employees, and policies across multiple locations.

Help define appropriate software permissions and workflows for each role.
Product Requirements
Work directly with the Product and Development teams to communicate salon-business requirements.

Explain how a feature should work from the perspective of a real salon employee.
Review proposed features and provide feedback before development and release.
Help prioritize features based on actual salon needs.
