Job Summary:
COUCH & DECOR, a leading customized furniture and home decor showroom on ECR, Chennai, specializing in premium furniture solutions that combine quality, comfort, and contemporary design, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Non-IT HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and attract qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the salary negotiation, documentation, and joining process.




Maintain an updated candidate database and build a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment activities and prepare regular hiring reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
