Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-focused B2B Coordinator to manage relationships and coordination with corporate clients, hospitals, industries, insurance companies, TPAs, and other business partners. The candidate will support business development, client coordination, quotations, health-check-up programs, billing, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with corporate clients, industries, hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs, and other business partners.
Handle day-to-day communication and follow-up with existing and prospective B2B clients.
Identify new corporate business prospects and support the business development team.
Maintain client databases, contact details, agreements, rate contracts, and other B2B records.
Coordinate with the billing and accounts team regarding outstanding payments and client statements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly B2B business reports and follow-up reports.




Perform other B2B coordination and administrative activities assigned by management.

Requirements
Any Graduate / MBA / Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years of experience in B2B coordination, sales coordination, business development, pharma, customer relationship management, or healthcare operations.
Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, healthcare companies, insurance, TPA, or corporate services will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and documentation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and clients.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Good Tamil and English communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
