About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, FinTech, loans, insurance, career counselling, education, financial services, SaaS, or other customer-focused industries.

You should be an excellent communicator who can understand customer requirements, build trust, handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate product/service.
Explain product/service perks clearly and confidently.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively.
Negotiate and close sales within the defined sales process.




Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Track personal sales performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience in EdTech, FinTech, loans, insurance, career counselling, education, financial services, SaaS, or similar industries is preferred.
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Additional regional language skills will be an advantage.
Solid convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
