We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate should have hands-on experience generating business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other freelancing platforms
Write customized and skilled proposals according to client requirements
Communicate with international and domestic clients
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team for estimates and solutions
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects
Maintain bidding records, leads, conversations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly lead generation and business conversion targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements
Previous experience in online bidding is required




Good knowledge of Upwork and Freelancer.com
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to understand client requirements and prepare convincing proposals
Good negotiation and client-handling skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Candidate must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from our Kolkata office
Experience or knowledge of the IT / Software / Web Development industry will be a strong advantage
