POSITION OVERVIEW:

To drive Hydraulic kit business through an effective channel network by developing long term relationships with fabricators & end users & OEM dealers, expanding market coverage, converting opportunities & building long term customer value.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Planning with Effective execution
Doing sales of Hydraulic Kits, Trailer & Tip Trailer Parts. Enhancing sales in the assigned territory. Prepare Monthly, quarterly & 6 monthly Sales forecast along with channel partners for sales planning & effective execution.
Monitor Primary Sales, Secondary Sales & actual fitment at fabricator by creating end user & fleet owner pull.
Ensure adequate inventory at channel partners based on market demand.
Fabricator & Customer Relationship Development
Maintain & develop relationships with Existing and new fabricators




Connecting with all prospective customers to enhance sales and promote the Hyva range of products
Understand fabricator requirements and recommend suitable products
Enhancing customer satisfaction by way of extending support for building the sales for long term.
Build long term relationships with key fabricators & influencers.
Channel Partner Management
Develop & manage dealers in the assigned territory
Set channel wise Sales Targets & ensure achievement
Improve channel partner productivity.
To ensure full compliance company values at dealer end
Market Development
Map the territory for potential fabricators, fleet owners & OEM Channel partners.
Identify current markets, applications & business opportunities.
Track competitor products, pricing, specifications & market activities.
Develop strategies to increase product Share of business & gaining market share.
Selling & establishing recent products at existing & current customers to expand the reach & higher sales
