Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in banking, credit cards, equity, insurance, loan products.
Develop and execute strategies to increase cross-selling prospects across multiple product lines.
Build robust relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape.
Job Requirements :
6 Months -12 years of experience in banking sales, credit card sales, equity sales, finance sales or related fields.
Solid understanding of BFSI industry dynamics including banking loans, mutual funds, pharma selling etc. .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
