Key Responsibilities
Support project execution and delivery across strategy and operations, corporate planning/strategy, operational excellence, sales, implementation, and benefit realization assignments.
Support business development and knowledge initiatives.
Participate in organization-wide initiatives.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
Contribute to assignments across Consumer, Retail, FMCG, Resources, Chemicals, and Automotive sectors.
Be willing to travel extensively and work across geographies and client locations.

Requirements
4+ years of post-MBA experience in a reputed management consulting firm.
MBA from a premier institution such as IIM A/B/C/L/I, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS, or SPJIMR,



along with a strong academic track record.
Strong understanding of strategy and management consulting.
Excellent spoken and written communication and articulation skills in English.
Valuable understanding of financial modelling and Excel.
Exposure to digital technology is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve stretch goals.
Robust performance, collaboration, ownership, and structured problem-solving abilities.
Explicit and structured thought process with forthright communication.
