Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Drivers, Helpers, Warehouse Associates, Loaders, Supervisors, Field Staff, Operators, and other operational roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, vendor networks, local references, placement agencies, job fairs, and field recruitment drives.
Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
Manage bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and reduce offer dropouts.
Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
