Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at our Guwahati location.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with internal teams and customers, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Daily Operations Management
Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timelines.
Follow company processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Identify operational gaps and take corrective action.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow.

B. Team Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Finance,



HR, Logistics, and other departments as required.
Communicate daily requirements and operational updates.
Follow up with team members on pending activities.
Escalate significant issues to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper communication between different teams.

C. Customer / Client Coordination
Communicate with customers or clients regarding operational requirements.
Handle routine customer-related operational issues.
Follow up on pending requests.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
Maintain skilled relationships with customers.

D. Data Entry & Record Management
Maintain accurate operational records.
Update daily reports and trackers.
Maintain customer, order, inventory, or other operational data as applicable.
Verify information before updating records.
Maintain proper documentation.

E. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational
