Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager / Sales Manager with strong experience in automotive sealing products and OEM/customer management. The candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing key automotive accounts, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key accounts in the automotive and auto-component industry.
Drive sales and business development for sealing products and related automotive components.
Develop current business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive customers.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare and achieve annual sales, revenue and business development targets.
Handle RFQs,



quotations, commercial negotiations and customer proposals.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality and R&D; teams for customer requirements and recent product development.
Manage customer enquiries, product approvals, sampling and development projects.
Conduct market analysis and identify new customers, products and business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts with customers.
Monitor sales forecasts, order bookings, delivery schedules and payment collections.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, forecasts and management presentations.
Keep track of competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
Travel to customer locations and attend customer meetings as required.

Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
MBA in Marketing is mandatory/preferred
