Job Description:
Responsible for developing and driving business development activities
Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and strategies for winning current business/or drive the growth of business;
Responsible for tieing up recent Corporates
Maintaining relations with existant tie ups for continuous business
Manage, drive and continually enhance a successful sales engagement model to maximize Company sales
Participate in strategic business development activities and support defined strategic sales and business goals to grow sales of product and service
Recruiting and developing Sales Executive
Conducting regular coaching and counseling with Sales Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
Achieve financial, sales & marketing goals as well as the corporate vision of the Company.
Must have highly developed problem-solving capabilities with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
