Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently handle end-to-end accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, payroll-related accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, cash and bank entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and returns.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Manage income & expense accounting and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in finalization of accounts and audit.
Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and payment vouchers.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.




Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Maintain proper records for statutory compliance and financial transactions.
Support payroll accounting, employee reimbursement and salary-related entries.
Prepare MIS reports, management reports and other financial statements as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation rules.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax basics.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables and reporting.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Valuable analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to independently manage complete accounting operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
