Job Overview

We are looking for an Inventory & Stores Executive to manage day-to-day inventory and stores activities. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, and ensuring proper storage and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in the ERP system.
Receive, check, store, and issue materials as per approved requirements.
Maintain inward, outward, and stock-related records.
Monitor stock levels, including minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Service, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and housekeeping of materials.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain relevant documentation.




Follow FIFO/FEFO and established inventory procedures.
Assist with internal and external stock audits.
Handle other inventory, stores, and material management activities as assigned.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Stores, or Material Management.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes.
Valuable record-keeping and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory control.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
