The Prospect:
UST is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager – Asset & Wealth Management to manage strategic client relationships and large-scale managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Asset & Wealth Management, managed services delivery, P&L;/revenue management, client engagement, and onsite-offshore delivery models, with proven ownership of portfolios exceeding $10M in revenue.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end client engagements across application support, DBA services, and managed services operations.
Own delivery governance, SLA/KPI adherence, financial performance,



capacity planning, resource optimization, and risk management.
Lead large onsite/offshore delivery teams across multiple programs and workstreams.
Manage strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders and senior business leaders.
Drive governance reviews, strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and continuous service improvement.
Lead AI-first engineering and automation initiatives focused on productivity improvement and up-to-date engineering practices.
Ensure operational stability, customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue growth.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, support, operations, and program management.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, process improvement, and business growth.

Required Skills:
Strong Asset & Wealth Management domain experience.
Proven experience in Managed Services / IT Service Delivery.
